General Information
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the use and processing of personal data of the users of online service available at: www.biovico.com [hereinafter referred to as the "Service"].
Processing of Personal Data
- The Data Controller of personal data of Service users is WILANDT BROTHERS PL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia (81-061), Hutnicza 15B Street, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000450969, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5862281264, Statistical Number (REGON) 221830064 with a share capital of 5.100,00 PLN [hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"]
- The protection of data concerning Service Users is a priority for the Data Controller. Accordingly, the Data Controller makes every effort to ensure that Users can feel at ease and secure while using the Service.
- This Privacy Policy pertains to all information of a private nature, including personal data of Users, that are collected and processed through the Service.
- To properly execute the services available within the Service, the Data Controller processes the personal data of Service Users i.e.: first name, last name, email address and telephone number.
- While using the Service by the User, the Data Controller also collects information about the User's device in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Service i.e.: computer IP address, information stored in cookies or in other similar technologies, session data, internet browser data, device data, data regarding activity on the website, including activity on the specific subpages and information about geolocation, provided that the User has given consent to the access of geolocation. Geolocation information is used to provide more tailored offers of products and services.
- The Data Controller processes the personal data of Service Users in order to enable them to use all functionalities available in the Service. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, however failure to provide personal data or lack of consent to their processing may prevent the use of certain Service’s features. The Data Controller does not transfer the personal data of Service Users to the third parties for a fee.
Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data of the Service Users
With regard to the processing of personal data by the Data Controller, Service User has the right to:
- access to their personal data,
- request to rectify their personal data,
- request to limit of processing of their personal data,
- request to remove their personal data, provided the Data Controller is not legally obligated to process them,
- transfer their personal data, i.e., the ability to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to another data controller. To the extent that is technically possible, the User has the right to submit a request for the transfer of their personal data to another data controller directly through the Data Controller.
The User has the right to submit a complaint to the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection as the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection if they believe that their personal data are being processed by the Data Controller in a manner inconsistent with the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
To obtain information about their personal data, the Service User may contact the Data Controller via email by sending an email to the following address iodo@wilandt.pl or via post by sending a letter to the following address: WILANDT BROTHERS PL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia (81-061), Hutnicza 15B Street (Poland). In the event that the Service User wishes to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data, they should also inform the Data Controller via email or by sending a letter to Data Controller’s address indicated in the preceding sentence.
Cookies
- The Data Controller uses Cookies. Cookies are computer data, especially text files, stored on the User's end device and intended for use along with the website. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage time on the end device and a unique number
- Cookies are used to produce statistics that help understand how Users use the Services, which enables the Data Controller to constantly improve the Service.
- Two main types of cookies are used while using of the Service: "Session cookies” and "Persistent cookies”. "Session cookies” are temporary files stored on the User's end device until closing the website or closing the software (internet browser). The function of disabling the storage of cookies on the device can generally be found in the "settings," "options," or "preferences" button in the used web browser. In case of doubt or to obtain detailed information, the User should use the "help" button in the used web browser.
Google Analytics

Additionally, for statistical and analytical purposes, the Data Controller uses Google Analytics. Through this tool, the Data Controller has the ability to obtain information regarding viewing statistics, page views of the Service, basic demographic data, etc. Furthermore, Google Analytics also enables to create the aggregated reports. These data are of a statistical nature and cannot be linked in any way to a specific user or IP addresses. The Data Controller uses this information to analyze users behavior, in order to optimize and improve the Service that is provided by the Data Controller.
